It's easy and delicious to eat more vegetarian (no meat/fish) and vegan (no meat/fish/dairy/eggs) foods, many of which are available at your local co-op, grocery, or supermarket. At VegFest you will have the opportunity to sample a wide variety of vegan foods from local and national companies — all included with your admission. In addition to the samples, many companies will give away money-saving coupons for their products. You will come out ahead at VegFest — big time!
