Umpqua Valley, Oregon has now become the second Blue Zone in the USA and the first to be certified since six Blue Zones around the world have been revealed.
Juliete Palenshus of Thrive Umpqua will speak live in person to tell just what it means and what it took for Umpqua Valley to become a certified Blue Zone.
The potluck begins at 5:30 PM, the presentation begins at 6:30 PM.
Bring vegan foods to share and your own eating plates and utensils. There is no kitchen available so please expect to bring your soiled plates home to wash.
